Full On-Site Maintenance (Hardware and Labor)

Description of Services: Full on-site maintenance service includes unlimited on-site labor and hardware repair expenses. 

Priority 1[1] incidents will receive on-site service within 8 business hours from the time reported to the Help Desk, and resolved to at least a priority 2 level within 12 business hours.

Priority 2 incidents will receive on-site service within 24 hours and all hardware equipment repairs will be handled by on-site technician, including removal, replacement[2], and shipping of equipment to the repair depot.

If required on-site technician will return upon receipt of repaired equipment for installation at no charge for travel.  

Store Personnel are required to provide reasonable trouble-shooting assistance in order to diagnose system problem.  Repair due to gross negligence, abuse, spills, or Acts of God may be excluded from contract coverage. Software installation, configuration and support are intended to be provided by your PCPOS help desk and are outside the scope of this agreement.

[1] Priority 1 incidents include situations greatly effecting the operation of the restaurant.  Such incidents include: CCU 
completely down; Incapacity of either primary or backup KVS (foreclosing KVS backup ability); At least one drive-through booth 
completely inoperable; More than 50% of front counter registers inoperable; All other hardware incidents are Priority 2.
[2] The PCPOS help desk will provide re-introduction of a key station or printer into the system when returned by depot repair  
[3] Site Survey fee for newly added contract   
Site  survey fee for existing equipment.  Travel expenses will be charged at a rate of  $0.38 per mile.
