Hardware Only  Phone Support Maintenance Contract

Description of Service: Phone Support service includes unlimited telephone diagnosis of PCPOS hardware.  This option excludes onsite service and repair/replacement of hardware. Onsite Service & Hardware repair/replacement etc. is covered under Schedule A/B & C.  This service includes a flat fee based upon System Type installed at the site.  Help Desk technicians will be available to assist store personnel with any configuration or recovery functions necessary to return the store to full operation when hardware is returned from depot repair. These services are unlimited and available 24/7.

Incidents are handled by our Technical Staff based upon time received, and are categorized based upon Offline Status to be handled first.

Your payment in full is due upon receipt of this contract. At the end of the first year of this contract, your contract will automatically renew at our regular price.  There will be no refunds on contracts that have been in force longer than 30 days.  Any contract cancellations must be made in writing and faxed or mailed to our corporate offices, a credit will be issued if cancellation is made prior to effective date of new contract. You renewal will be issued 45 days prior to end date of previous contract.  If contract is not paid within 30 days of inception, calls to our support department will be charged at $80.00 per hour – minimum 1 hour.
